Knife & Fork at The Granary
I am very pleased to be holding Knife & Fork pop up events at The Granary, Wykham Park Farm, Wykham Lane, Banbury; this being the place I get many of my ingredients from and I will be basing my menus upon the seasonal and locally grown produce available. Also, the lovely venue and larger space means I can host more diners and different types of events. Check the calendar for dates and I hope to see you there!
I will be preparing different and interesting breakfast, brunch and lunch dishes using much of the Farm's wonderful, high quality produce.
Wykham Park Farm's aim is to produce great tasting food in an environmentally responsible and sustainable way. In 2000 they opened a Farm Shop and since then the farm’s production has evolved to include growing asparagus, keeping herds of very special Pedigree Longhorn and Aberdeen Angus cattle, a flock of 250 Suffolk ewes and more recently the introduction of a market garden, producing seasonal fruit and vegetables.
I have been using produce from the Farm and Farm Shop since I started Knife & Fork and I am delighted to be cooking it in their own fabulous venue, The Granary.

Dining With A Difference
I have such enthusiasm & passion for cooking I love to pass it on. Knife & Fork offer both Demo & Dine Evenings and Cookery Demonstrations with lunch, for couples or small groups, during which I will prepare and serve your meal in front of you while answering questions, sharing ideas & tips and my thoughts on how to host a successful dinner party.
Knife & Fork also accept bookings for Private dinners & celebrations for a minimum of 14 guests.

A fun and informative evening (7.15 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.) during which I will demonstrate the three dishes that will be served for dinner that evening.
I’ll also let you into some of my kitchen secrets that can help to take the stress out of entertaining. Recipes will be given and you can chat and ask as many questions as you like as I prepare your meal in front of you.
Arrive 10.30 for coffee and cake
Cookery demonstration, including kitchen tips and ideas on how to adapt and use the recipes.
Lunch – the three courses demonstrated so that you can sample them with a complementary glass of wine

The most important thing to me is that it tastes fantastic.
I want every mouthful to be delicious, whether it is a perfectly cooked poached egg with a sprinkle of sea salt or an explosion of Thai flavours in a dipping sauce. The two are a million miles apart but both should be a pleasure to eat.
These are examples of the types of menu that are on offer at Knife & Fork. Guests find that not knowing the menu is all part of the experience.
